The library is not open to the public sector. Visitors/potential users must apply for the MRB Corporate Library Membership.
Government departments, statutory bodies, non-profit libraries and research institutions may apply for inter-library loan facilities by special arrangement with the Chief Librarian.
Students from higher institution of learning and schools may be granted reference use only. A letter of Introduction is required from their said institutions.
The Chief Librarian reservs the right to grant or not to grant membership (Corporate Membership) or entrance to unqualified users refusing to meet the above clauses.
